onemedia provide training and technical support on the ONELAN platform to ensure the smooth running of your signage network moving forward. When your Digital signage solution has been implemented and the onemedia services applied to your system, onemedia offer various training and support options, giving you the confidence that you will be backed by an expert team.

Onsite/ Remote training

Our dedicated ONELAN experts can visit you onsite to train you and your team on the functionalities of your digital signage platform and more specifically, how to get the most out of your bespoke onemedia layouts. Depending on your knowledge, these sessions can very much tailored to your requirements on the day, for instance, if you are new to the platform, these training sessions can be a great overview for beginners. Alternately the sessions can also be structured in a way which benefits our more advanced users who want to expand their network capabilities. Catering for up to 6 people, we offer half or full day training options to suit your needs.

Support Packages

  • We also offer a number of different support packages which combine personal support with full access to our training video portal. The addition of one of these packages will give you piece of mind that if you incur and issues, we are on hand to help you resolve and issues and roll out any new content effectively.
  • If you opt for one of our support packages you will be able to liaise with our in-house development and design team for an allotted amount of time each month, dependant on your monthly agreement.
  • Our support packages equip you with all the tools you need to manage your digital signage competently whilst taking advantage of all platform capabilities. We want you to be able to use your signage confidently so that you have the expertise enjoy all of the benefits and maximise your return on investment.
  • With this in mind, we have devised the following support packages which will allow you to move forward with confidence, leaving you safe in the knowledge that if an issue arises, we are on hand to help you resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

Training Portal Videos

  • As an extension of the face to face training offered, we also offer access to a comprehensive range of training videos, all of which can be viewed via our online portal and demonstrate the capabilities of the ONELAN platform in a step by step fashion
  • Access to this training material is a great support for customers, allowing them to access the answers to their questions independently and refresh their memory from a previous face to face training session anytime.
  • As the ONELAN system evolves and its capabilities broaden, we will continue to keep the portal up to date with fresh videos as and when new features are released.
  • Access to our online bank of videos is purchased as part of all onemedia support packages. Alternatively, you can make a one-off payment to attain access to this resource, making this a cost-effective support option.
